NILOCOAT R

NILOCOAT R is a premium-quality, water-based rubberized bitumen coating designed to provide long-lasting damp-proofing, moisture protection, and superior adhesion across a wide range of construction applications. Formulated with SBR-modified bitumen, it creates a seamless, flexible waterproof barrier that resists water penetration and water vapour transmission while maintaining excellent adhesion to common building substrates. Ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, NILOCOAT R is suitable for damp-proofing foundation walls, structural footings, retaining walls, concrete slabs, and below-ground structures. It also serves as a high-performance adhesive for compatible insulation boards, wood blocks, tiles, and other construction materials. Unlike traditional solvent-based coatings, NILOCOAT R is solvent-free and environmentally friendly, making it safer to apply while delivering outstanding resistance to long-term water exposure without re-emulsifying.

NILOCOAT R is a high-performance, water-based rubberized bitumen coating designed to provide reliable damp-proofing, moisture protection and excellent adhesion in below-ground and general construction applications. Formulated with SBR-modified bitumen, it creates a seamless, flexible membrane that resists water penetration and water vapour transmission while maintaining outstanding resistance to re-emulsification during prolonged exposure to water.

Suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications, NILOCOAT R is ideal for foundation walls, retaining walls, structural footings, concrete slabs and general damp-proofing systems. It also performs as a strong adhesive for insulation boards, wood block flooring and compatible tiles.
